Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-cut or special-order items
• Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling
• Items without original packaging
• Perishable goods (cement bags, opened chemicals)

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us by phone or WhatsApp. Please have your order ID and photos of the product ready.

5. Replacement

For damaged or defective items, we offer free replacement of the same product subject to availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
